Mat Pilates, 1:1 and 2:1 sessions
Tash’s classes are mixed ability and welcome to all, whether you’re new to Pilates or wanting to build on your practice.
Every exercise can be adapted to suit different levels of experience and I offer variations of intensity. Teaching focuses on:
building core strength and supporting the back
hip stability and pelvic health
relaxation of shoulders and neck
deepening body awareness
creating muscular balance and improved posture
breathing and increased lung capacity
managing stress through slowing down
a space to ground, stretch and enjoy movement
Exploring the hips workshop
Saturday 11th October 10.30-1.00pm
A workshop designed to help you build a deeper connection to your hips through movement, awareness, and gentle self-inquiry.
This workshop includes:
A simple, accessible overview of hip anatomy
A functional Pilates sequence for hip strength, mobility & balance
Space to reflect on your personal relationship with your hips - how they move, how they feel, and the tension they can hold over time.
All abilities and bodies welcome, no experience needed. £35 per person.
Therapeutic Movement workshop
Saturday 8th November 10.30-1.00pm
This workshop invites you to experience movement not just through your body — but with your body. We’ll explore:
How our internal experience shapes the way we move
How awareness of your inner world can reshape your movement habits
Movement as a tool for self-understanding
Exploring new ways to move without needing to get it ‘right’, guided by feeling, not just form
An introduction to key concepts from the field of therapeutic movement
No prior experience needed, just a willingness to try something a little different. £35 per person.
